It is SO relaxing. I love baking! Baking to me is a challenge, yet so fun. When I first begin preparing the recipe I think, hmmm I hope this turns out all right. I re-read every measurement to make sure I get it right. And then in the end I look at my creation and say "mmmm this is good, well done" I always pray over my food too as Im preparing it. Nothings worse when you spend alot of time making something and then it turns out horrible. And then of course, I give thanks to God when it turns out perfect!
